Originated from a Northern family with roots in Phrae Province, boasting unique family recipes passed down through generations for over 80 years. Driven by a love and desire to popularize Northern cuisine, Mother Anong decided to open a Northern Thai restaurant called "Eatter Konmoungfoods," meaning "Let's eat!" with its first branch in Samut Prakan Province. The restaurant features authentic Northern Thai dishes such as Sai Oua (Northern Thai sausage), Khao Soi, Nam Ngiao, Larb Moo Kua (stir-fried minced pork salad), and various chili dips, as well as a range of fusion dishes. The flavors are rich and intense, made with fresh ingredients sourced directly from the North.
